Colour Couture founder Monica Blanco has been working diligently to train the Summers staff and certify them in the Colour Couture technique. In addition, Summers will also be supplied with Colour Couture products, meaning you can stop by anytime you need a little boost of that sun-bronzed look to maintain a beautiful glow year-round.
